My name is Mandi and I have worked at the Cera Norwich since 2008.

I started with the company as a care coordinator before progressing to Deputy Manager and then Branch Manager in 2012.

There is fantastic career development and progression within the care sector with positions ranging from care worker, senior care worker, visiting officers, trainers, coordinators and branch manager roles. You have to undertake lots of thinking outside of the box to problem solve in this industry.

We have amazing carers and wonderful service users and enjoy providing the best care possible. It's really rewarding to see the difference we can make in peoples' day-to-day lives right here in Norwich.
