Hi! My name is Sharon and I have worked at Cera Staffordshire & Stoke for 7 years.

I began my journey in care 12 years ago when I wanted a career change from the leisure industry and I've never looked back. When I see a smile on a service user's face and improvements in their wellbeing, my job is so rewarding!

We have a great office team who have all grown and developed with the branch into various roles. We have an excellent working relationship with all the authorities where we deliver person-centred care packages to meet their needs.

I love working at the Staffordshire & Stoke branch; everyone has a cheery demeanour. To work in care, commitment to the role is important along with being reliable, punctual, respectful, empathetic and passionate.
