Hi, My name is Bev and I have worked at Cera Yorkshire for over 20 years.

I began my career as a care worker for the branch and worked my way up to become Branch Manager. There is excellent career development and progression within the care sector with positions ranging from care worker, senior care worker, visiting officers, trainers, coordinators and branch manager roles.

We have an excellent office team who have all grown and developed with the branch into various roles. Our branch has excellent care staff retention with 50% of staff being employed over 8 years. The Yorkshire branch has been established for over 22 years and works closely with four local authorities: Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster and Wakefield.
